eBooks remain separately sold products.

Freadio Membership may provide discounts or selected complimentary eBooks where specifically offered.

Membership does not provide unlimited free access to the entire eBook catalog.

5. Courses

Courses are paid educational products unless specifically identified as free.

Course access is provided according to the product purchased.

Course content may be updated or improved from time to time.

Service availability, usage limits and processing limits may vary.

7. AI Features

Freadio may provide AI-powered tools and services.

AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.

Membership does not make all Freadio products free.

9. Freadio Credits

  • cannot normally be withdrawn as cash;
  • cannot normally be transferred;
  • can be used only for eligible Freadio products or services;
  • may be subject to expiry or usage conditions.

10. Coupons and Gift Vouchers

Coupons and vouchers may have their own conditions, including expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements, eligible products and usage limits.

11. Accounts

If an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

You must notify Freadio if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

12. Prohibited Activities
