Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Freadio.

Freadio provides digital products, eBooks, courses, digital services, AI-powered features and Freadio Membership.

Because our products and services are primarily digital, the following refund policy applies.

1. Digital Products

Digital products may include:

  • eBooks
  • PDFs
  • Wallpapers
  • Templates
  • Digital kits
  • Resource packs
  • Creator packs
  • Digital bundles
  • Other downloadable products

Before purchasing, customers should review the product description and included features carefully.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, a return of the physical product is generally not possible.

However, if:

  • the purchased file is defective or corrupted;
  • the download link does not work;
  • the wrong product was delivered;
  • the product is materially different from its description; or
  • there is another genuine issue with the order,

please contact Freadio Support.

We will review the issue and may provide a replacement, corrected file, store credit or refund, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.

2. eBooks

eBooks are digital products and are normally not eligible for return after successful delivery or access.

If you experience a technical problem with an eBook, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

3. Courses

Course purchases provide access to digital educational content.

If you cannot access a purchased course because of a technical issue, please contact us.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase, the level of access already provided and applicable law.

4. Digital Services

For a digital service that has not yet been started, cancellation may be possible.

Once a service has been completed or substantially processed, a refund may not be available.

If a service was not delivered as described, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue.

5. Freadio Membership

Freadio Membership provides benefits during the selected membership period.

Membership cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the Freadio Membership & Subscription Policy and applicable law.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe that you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us.

We will review the transaction and correct eligible duplicate charges.

7. How to Request Help

  • Description of the problem
  • Screenshot or other relevant information, if applicable

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
